am i the only one who skips past baria’s storyline at this point? I just can’t seem to invest myself in it when it’s distracting from the main characters storyline so much. Also i know they’re destined for each other but the dukes whole i’m only sweet to you thing doesn’t hit as hard when he immediately shares it with a lady he just met （￣へ￣）

no grandpa it’s about they’ve spent almost a decade as father and daughter and the stories not progressed in any meaningful way. It’s been a decade and the royal family and all its minions are in the same spots on the chess board . Meanwhile barias storyline which was drawn out for multiple chapters then rushed to a measly 8 chapter love story is BORING! in comparison. As someone who started this when it was first being published. I expected more. Their emotions don’t even feel real because out of nowhere they just in love

he’s not that young, and they could’ve made the storyline for his love well written atleast - it just seems rushed compared to the rest of the story
you already think those few scenes are distracting, do you think you'll like it if their love story actually went on for long :P

their love story isn't even finished yet tho, it's still developing. maybe you should wait first before judging idk
