mc is a bad person, but yohan is obviously much worse, any sane person will side with mc more than yohan if anyone get to choose. Also taesan wouldn't get better life even if mc is truly good to him.

im aware that its personal preference lol, but i mainly wanted to comment because people were hating on yohan and he’s my favorite character, and i wanted to support him kinda so idk i just tend to like weird/unhinged characters like him. honestly, after reading spoilers about the things he did, i ended up liking him even more LOL

again, this is just my opinion :p but the mc’s thoughts and opinions made me dislike him a lot more. i personally find people with that kind of mindset worse than someone like junwoo, even though junwoo is the actual bully.

as for yohan, i honestly don’t remember him doing much beyond beating junwoo up and acting unhinged at times. so to me, the difference is that the mc comes across as a genuinely shitty person internally, even if he doesn’t openly act on it, whereas yohan is more unstable and impulsive, but only occasionally does things that are actually harmful.

of course, i also don’t think the mc’s occasional half-assed attempts at helping actually change anything in the long run. the only way for taesan’s life to genuinely get better is for him to transfer schools or move on from junwoo and the whole bullying situation altogether, which i don’t think really gets addressed. realistically, the only thing the mc could actually help him with is financial support.
