Um I don't think Sekkaiichi is the most famous BL manga... and it's ongoing.

Sekaiichi Hatsukoi is still ongoing, and fan translations are pretty much up to date too~
The more famous one is actually Junjou Romantica though

new chapters come out every 4 months, that's why updates are slow.
it's ongoing because it's really popular, so they want to make more money out of dragging the story

Ah, I think the most famous is either Junjou Romantica, Super Lovers, or Love Stage.. my fave is probably Love Stage b/c it was one of my first yaois.. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ But unfortunately the manga got licensed and scan groups can't upload translations because it would be illegal TT_TT What about you?

Oh, basically if a manga gets licensed, translation groups aren't allowed to post the translations online. She doesn't want her work on free manga sites;-;. It would be illegal to translate it and post it online ,unless someone important asks her if they can translate her manga into english and sell it. Of course she would profit off of it still so she'd say yes. I think thats how it works? I hope you understand it sorry if I'm wrong.. And I wish someone would ask her if the manga could be translated into english

Any scanlation groups translate mangas that are not available in Englihs so if you see that certain manga is licensed it means that (usually) English publisher has bought the license and is translating that manga into English and you can buy volumes in English so many scanlation groups drop the manga because now you can buy it in English.
But there are some that continue the translation.

(Also it's not legal to translate manga even if it's not licensed but most japanese publishers ignore scanlation groups)
