Does anyone know if it's finished? I want to read it and see for myself how the manga is however I prefer reading one's that are already completed. I always go to the last chapter to see if there is an "end" or "tbc" but there nothing for this one so I'm a little confused (￣∇￣")

It's one I read a couple years ago so I don't remember very much but the bottom had pink hair (if I remember correctly) and he was really bratty. The top was a gangster or something and wanted to drown the bottom in the first chapter xD that literally all I remember, still I hope someone knows what I'm talking about and could give me the name ╮(￣▽￣)╭
