Seme is trash treating him badly because he thought he was slut. I guess he could've just treated him like that because he did not know he loved him but he should not have done that even if he didn't. Seme lying about needing a tutor for German is bad but I can't really see how that is as bad as when the uke letting him to misunderstand who he was and getting mad about it.
