I was just thinking... What if they connected to each other in other ways before! Like we know uke's dad murdered someone before and go to prison and at the time he's gonna release suddenly seme shows up to the town and even looking for a place for murdering someone. I was thinking maybe it's gonna be kinda revenge?? Maybe the uke's dad killed someone related to seme and he been in town is because he wants to get revenge or something!! I Donno it's just feels so dramatic and I DO love dramas.
That was and still is my main theory (I'm more and more convinced actually, and it wouldn't be an uncommon trope in fiction). Ilwoo said that his dad died in an 'accident', I bet that he was killed by Baekhee's father and THAT will be the plottwist. The second part/season is probably gonna end with the bastard coming back and Ilwoo realizing that he's the one he wanted to kill. I was also thinking that Ilwoo is now gonna have ANOTHER reason for killing him: traumatizing Baekhee TT
