I read this one shot couple years ago and don't remember the name at all. It's about an artist who was struggling at first but when he saw a lady with a mark on her face began drawing ghost pictures and became popular. He fell in love with her and thought she was really a ghost but she actually had an accident when she was young and hot water left marks on her body when she her temperature rises, her skin becomes red. He became love sick and someone knew who he was enamored with and she went to him and finally knew she was real. Please, I want to read it again, if anyone knows the name kindly let me know. I think it might had a Seinen tag.
