it didn’t have any unnecessary romance bullshit, but it had the camaraderie between them to not notice that it lacked anything. stephen and gray had the chemistry and I loved that they didn’t made it weird or whatnot but it gave it a sense of closeness that made it seem that they were soulmates. so I decided to reread this cuz of a fanart that I saw on X, and now that I’ve grown up I kinda understand thing a lil bit better now than when I first read this at 13 yrs old, I kinda feel for yoonbum cuz he will always have unanswered questions lingering on him. And I realized after rereading this that the crash out started when sangwoo assumed yoonbum is poisoning him, and that’s why they say communication is key
I’m not tryna justify sangwoo, I js feel bad for yoonbum but not all the way cuz he was also a stalker so but at the same time I pity him cuz he’s gonna be stuck w that feeling whenever he remembers that part of his life. honestly idk I js have mixed feelings w this manhwa, it’s so perfectly orchestrated to have his mixed feelings like idk what I’m supposed to feel
