Could someone please help me? I am unable to save or delete anything from me list. It would not show up on my list, and if I try to get to the manga, after a few refresh, it would said that the manga was not save. Also, this is the 3rd topic I've made, because it just wouldn't show up. What should I do?

I would show as saved, then after a few refresh, it would say it is not save. It would not let me delete manga from my list, and newly add manga would not show up. After a few refresh, then it would show that no new manga is added. Could someone possibly help me?
