Rating doesn't mean anything, really. I've seen some manga with 9.5 average ratings and up, but with such mediocrity plot and/or execution. Then we have those that are brilliantly written but has like 8 and below average ratings.

i'm just gonna straight up say that yamoto hideo's 'homunculus' is my favourite manga of all time and a hidden gem of the psychological genre, so if you haven't read that, give it a go and perhaps let me know what you think of it. otherwise, i'd also greatly recommend naoki urusawa's 'monster' and '20th century' boys, keigo higashino's 'heads' and shinichi sakamoto's 'kokou no hito'.

If I remember this was a manga made by Owaru but I can't find it anymore for some reason. I think the setting was at a bar, and it was about one of the workers there and a worker that was just hired. The newly hired worker was blonde, and was very friendly and aloof. The other had black hair. The senior worker was supposed to tutor the newly hired worker. Time skips after they get closer and bond. Then the blonde has to leave the bar and quit his job, and so the other places a drug in his drink and then blind folds him and binds him with handcuffs. Then he first gives the drugged one a bj, but gets carried away and rides him. The blonde wakes up and breaks the binds and starts to fuck him on his own.
