Same here I even end up googling what may come next in so stories or what might happen, if schemes come to light. Reason why is cuz ether the character personally is annoying or there is an annoying cliffhanger.

I do, i don’t want to feel betrayed by the story later on, specially if the mc suffered a lot and the one who made the mc suffered don’t get any regrets.
both the fl and ml loses memory at some point but they meet each other not knowing each other’s identity (they don’t remember each other’s faces) at a pub and instantly feel attracted towards each other. fl wanted to leave the ml thinking he betrayed her because he was going to remarry again. they both forgot everything that happened between them during the course of their marriage life. after her memory loss she only knows that she is married to an emperor whom she doesn’t remember and that the only info she has is he is going to marry a woman so she temporarily lives in an inn and when the ml and fl meet again they sleep with each other instantly but fl leaves the next morning and ml returns to the palace and asks to find the whereabouts of the fl. the fl sneak into the palace through a hole and comes across ml. they both hide their identity because fl is thinking of leaving the country and doesn’t want ml to leave his work place ( she thinks he is working as an higher official in the palace) and ml is afraid of her reaction after finding out he is an emperor of the country. )
when they learn their identities the ml makes her his concubine. she was supposed to be send off out of the castle because of the scheme of the new red head empress but the ml demoted her to a concubine for the fl’s safety and of course because he couldn’t just leave her. the memory loss doesn’t effect much towards their relationship and continues their relationship like they were before. sneaking around in each other’s room and sleeping together
Some days before his new "wedding" to fl,he married a red head girl who becane his new empress.He didn't sleep with the red girl though,she has a hidden agenda and ml has too.I don't remember well but I think he probably was pretending he didn't remember fl and them and their allies were working together to oust their enemies.The pink princess and her brother were working under the red empress and in the middle of their schemes,the empress ended up having her face scarred in the same place as fl.

The more i come back to re read this, the less i hate mielle and other characters. I believe it was her upbringing and family entourage that made her like that. Maybe if she had regrets , she could have lived as commoner with oscar, at least happy. Strangely enough i don’t feel that much hatred towards them. Even cain who changed last minute, but died. I also kinda like iris transmigration. I believe they all learnt a lesson in this life.
They even got matching ringss on their fingerss
