Actually, The sister was never adopted they assumed that this was his daughter so they didn’t really know same with Dietri he doesn’t know that she’s not blood related so she is not adopted or blood related so it is okay.

Obviously not since I observed how the story goes. In the eyes of many, people saw them as siblings. But for the both of them, they actually don't feel like it. FL knows Anisa's story so he actually only sees ML as the villain. She later sees him as pitiful and helps him. For ML, he was only trying to have FL as his sacrifice. But this later changes when he saw how FL was taking care of him. They only ever see each other as friends. Besides, ML only falls for FL after he learns they were actually not siblings.
This observation made me see them merely as "childhood friends". Many manga portrays CF as friends since birth because of family relations or because they are neighbors. They're not blood related but because the family are close, they're practically raised as siblings. There are even the cliches of "I don't like him, I only see him as a brother. That's it, a brother."
If we put the analogy(?) together, both ML and FL are actually kinda like childhood friends, lol. Cause both are not siblings, not even by legal paper but grew up as friends that supports each other.

actually childhood friends have smth rly similar to their releatonship (Idk if I wrote that right english isn't my first language) and not just that you see some ppl you grow up as brothers and sisters and sometimes you can even marry them in the future. anisa is aware of everything and in the future dietrich is totally gonna find out too. and from their point of view incest is treated normally in their world wich is not something that can prevent dietrich from likinng her. they're still kids at the time so they won't think like that but the story development shows us that there are two paths that they can take one is a couple and the other one is a strong sibling connection. but we're not the author so we won't know what path the author is gonna choose. if you don't like the idea of them getting together you can just leave and don't send comments that would chase away newcomers and sabotage the efforts the author and translators. if they're not related by blood it does not count as incest. stop spreading false information and have a good evening (our timelines may be diffrent I apologize if that's false).

this story was very interesting at first but now it became boring and frustrating its only daniel and littia now, it's annoying how they're pushing that ship to us without giving more reasons to like it. daniel acts as if he doesn't have a personality and littia acts like a diffrent person wich is weird. and what's with the random events? they're too sudden it's weird, they also seem like rushing this ship and preparing for smth bigger. I wish they would give us more time to understand this ship and for their development. it's rly uncomfortable seeing how these few chapters has nothing to do with the original plot. it's just confusing and annoying.
