They sell digital copies of licensed manga. It's legit and legal because they work directly with publishers and mangaka. Digital volumes run about $6 and some have the option to print the file too. I don't know how, or if, it will work if you are outside the US - it's a US based company (I think). If you are outside the US and are able to purchase and download, reply back here so that I can let others know. Please. Thank you.

I bought many digital copies of mangas on Sublime and I live in France so nope don't worry pretty sure there is no problem no matter where you live. Since it's digital as long as you pay everyone can buy it.
