I understand where the fl slander is coming from . The problem is her characterization is too flat. She's a main character for pete's sake but she never goes through any character development. She constantly goes through problems with communication and jumping to conclusions, she's always a doormat who never sees to stand up for herself which is OKAY. it's normal and it makes her human BUT the problem is the fact that she doesn't recognize this to be a problem. It's not good to glorify doormat behavior by stamping the strong female lead label on it. At the very least she should resolve one of those problems by self reflection but how should she when she can't see it as a flaw to her character especially when the plot just continues to progress because of the efforts of other characters (not hers) to resolve the conflict. My 2 cents, good plot but poor characterization.
