everyone asks why he turned back into a puppy, I think it's because he got punished again, wasn't the previous chapter he was judged for helping Lee Nook who was destined to die yesterday. If I'm not mistaken there is a conversation there about many people who don't accept it because he only get the same punishment as before. If they said same punishment , that's mean his punishment is he become puppy again right. That's way in this chapter he still trund into a puppy.
