There are times when I would read a manhwa/novel, get curious about what would happen next, search for spoilers and then -sometimes- stop reading the manhwa/novel altogether. Oftentimes it's because the plot is too generic that reading the spoilers is enough to fill in the blanks, or that it got too political that reading through it becomes a chore, and almost all the time it would be because there would be too much heartache that I'd rather not get attached to the characters (for the sake of my sanity). I have missed so many good manhwa/manga/anime or whatever because of this.
But this one, I already knew it won't be a happy story just from the first five chapters, I read a few novel spoilers and was told of what would happen eventually. I know this story would break my heart open, but I still continue to wait every week for a new chapter because the plot is too good. I am unable to guess the next scene and that's making me addicted. I know I would lose in this gamble but boy am I curious as to how things would unravel.
Anyways I'm going to enjoy this for now and regret later ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Haedong's true animal form in chapter 1 vs. his younger sisters' size. They're bigger than him he was malnourished but he made sure to keep his sisters healthy oh my babyyyyyy
I wouldn't mind even if this manhwa drags on to how many more chapters, just Mori, his moms' and his friend's everyday life. Be it gut wrenching backstory or just them doing the silliest of things idc. I hope it continues even if they update once a month. With this wish, I shall reread at webtoon and give as much support to the artist/author as I can possibly give
Is this week's chapter a Dodak special? I've been giggling the whole time because he's so cute (˶>⩊<˶)
Everyone's cute and all, but the scene where Sejun made it rain on the 77th floor made me remember how it used to be just a small cloud that he uses to get some shade. He's really become powerful after being stuck on the 99th floor and fighting enemies way above his level. I feel so proud (▰˘◡˘▰)
came here after watching the anime's season 2 thinking I could read what comes after the last episode, only to find out the anime has more coverage than the manga what do you mean the manga just finished the undead dragon arc?
I know there has been multiple innuendos since the earlier chapters, but chapter 39 was crazy (▰˘◡˘▰) and so was the last part of chapter 38 (≧∀≦) if the mangaka is baiting us this much, they better show us some spicy scenes in the future
We're getting an anime!! It would start airing July this year ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ and still no update on the manga ╥﹏╥ anyway, hooray!!
A lot of readers think the king died too easily, and I thought it was lackluster as well when I first read the novel. But thinking about it again, the way he died is ironic and fitting for him. It was not the noble knights who was staging a coup d'etat that killed him, but one of his kin whom he enslaved that dealt the final blow while he was withering away pitifully.
It was like he didn't deserve such grand death in the hands of those fighting for change and freedom. The knights didn't even get to touch him, the only thing they could do when they reached him was watch as his crimes finally caught up to him. The magic stone was given to him by the apprentices as a reward for establishing them as gods. With the stone and the apprentices behind him, he became a terror ruler who lived for hundreds of years. When the magic stone started getting cracks, the very same thing that gave him power, protection, invincibility, and something close to immortality was now no longer usable. What do you think he felt when he first got injured? He was cowering and hiding, terrified of the unknown force. Then what about when he started decaying when the magic stone finally broke? Utter despair, obviously. The same emotions he gave to the beastmen and his kin before they became slaves who were robbed of emotions and life. And what actually killed the king wasn't the same bloodied swords that once followed him, but the clean bare hands of a girl that was forced to serve him.
Do you guys understand what I'm trying to say? I can't properly explain the vision without word vomiting ( ̄∇ ̄") anyway, all this poetic shit is just balm to my disappointment with how easy he got away with all his crimes. I still think he should've been punished more, but the magic stone was the only thing that prolonged his life and with it broken, he's just a living corpse. Nothing much to do towards him when he's all skin and bones and rotting flesh waiting for time to catch up to him. So I'll just settle my dissatisfaction with these thoughts
This is also getting an anime adaptation that will start airing on July this year! Cheers to us! ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

To everyone who loved this kind of premise, there's another manga with the same setting of isekai'd cats called "Tensei shite mo neko wa neko"
There's only 17 chapters uploaded here on mangago, but there's around 30+ chapters on a different site (can't remember where, just google the title I guess), and if I remember correctly, it's already completed. Really short story but a good one nonetheless. I hope you guys enjoy it, too!
