Hmm, I was thinking that somehow the Duke put the drug in Louis' drink during that party. So he became obedient and follows anyones orders so blindly. It also explain the memory loss and how he seems not drunk.
He was not drunk but drugged by the Duke. Then somehow the crown prince saw him by accident and somehow, sort of rescue him to the clutch of Duke Wayton. Maybe he was planning to r*pe and impregnated Louis but the crown prince beat him to it.
Maybe the crown prince will realize that his white rabbit might be drugged that night, when they had sex.
All in all, at least we all know that the baby's father is the crown prince. >.<
