Teru always refers to Aoi (she) as Akane-san cuz it's polite, he calls Akane as Aoi cuz it's his surname, same for the girl, I don't think he likes Akane (he) cuz he's already shown to be interested in Aoi (she), he bullies Akane cuz he knows Aoi likes him and can't have her ╮(￣▽￣)╭
