so i read this manga before. i don't know if it was a oneshot or part of a series, or something but the story goes something like: the uke has this senpai who was supposedly tutoring him but they were just doing some h-stuff in his room, which is separated from their house because he has a step-brother who he loves that he didn't want him to know what they were doing, and in the end of the story, it revealed that the seme step-brother knew what was happening and as a matter of fact made a deal with senpai about his uke's happiness.
