As glad as I am that they get a happy ending, it left a sordid taste in my mouth that everyone, well basically everyone, just use Joachim to the max. They squeezed poor guy out of everything that they can, he really have no choice besides doing as he was told if he doesn't want to die or ya know if he doesn't want the whole of New York to be destroyed along with him. I know it's not Juergen fault and all but like calling Joachim selfish while our guy here has most of his path blocked by people who wanted to use him is not a really nice thing to do I guess. Well I mean Joachim did try to leave him a couple times and yes he was weaker than we expected or wanted him to be, i guess if he wasn't that weak physically and mentally he would have tried to ya know fight the system or something (not that there's much you can do about a literary dragon coming for your life). Again I'm glad they had a happy ending but I wish Joachim found backbone, self respect and mental clarity cause all these people are using the heck outta him. For me person Juergen is the one who is selfish but I mean he's hot so everything he does is acceptable right (not). Anyway it's just a little rant without any rhyme or structure.
This really made me doubt myself cause like it kind of have a high rating but i can't get myself to enjoy it and I have many bone to pick with it. First of all why are they fucking every other chapter like they are really going at it like rabbits ಥ‿ಥ, also why is the MC so like i don't know soo lacking in life skills and have no backbone for himself. For someone who supposedly live in an isolated hut, how was he able to ya know like be alive with those skills and mentality?? Then again putting my expectations on others whose life I don't even live is not ideal and leaves a lot of room for error, and also not everyone is the same so he might just be more gullible than others but like for someone who's whole family got killed for being framed why is he still so trusting??
I'm genuinely going crazy cause like what the hell am I doing. Anyways i really wanted to give this a chance but like I don't like any of the characters and most of the time they don't make sense. (╯︵╰,)
PS: I also don't like the ML and the hyung guy not just the MC ಠ︵ಠ
