Those who like this story can somehow look past the rape, emotional torment, and coercion that Jaekyung put Dan through... but surely you cant even deny that the writing and pacing is ass. Jaekyung had no redemption arc. His "redemption" was having a horrible childhood that somehow absolved him of all his sins towards Dan. It got to a point in the middle where multiple chapters should've been cut out since they gave little to no substance towards any reasonable resolution. The ending feels rushed and empty because of this, and ultimately it feels that all of Dan's suffering was pointless if he was just going to forgive and forget all of the horrible things Jaekyung put him through. My assumption was that the author wanted another BJ Alex ending, but that isn't possible with how they laid out the story. It took 40+ chapters just for Jaekyung to stop coercing and even raping Dan, then another 40+ chapters for him to realize he has feelings for Dan while Dan is actively trying to get away from him and heal from the wounds Jaekyung inflicted, which left us with less than 20 chapters for the redemption, final fight with the villain, Dan's attack and the attackers consequences, Jaekyung's confession, and the ending.... that's just bad writing.
