My head spins. I am almost done and wow I actually love this story for some damn reason. Not a big fan of rapes in bl manhwas. Wasn't happy with rape and how seunghyun was in previous chapters. Story could have slowed down a little and explained stuff in slower pace but I enjoyed it. But but but it feels unsatisfactory. Idk what but something feels like it's missing. Maybe because I am not fully done with the story. I will be back to write more when I do complete the few main stoey chapters and side stories too. Going back to the pacing of the story. It felt like I was getting pinched by new info one after another in succession without getting a break. Definitely made it feel real and immersive but damn I couldn't wrap my head around while binge reading it. I still haven't thought a lot about yuta and seunghyun and their relationship so I cannot judge them right now. And I also do not understand the characters well. I am so confused about so many things. I do not understand the decisions they made. I am going to need some time to think before I continue from whatever chapter I abandoned. I just wanted to rant to here it is. Again not a fan of sexual assaults and rape but I really really liked this. Even more than pearl boy.
You're not the only one having a hard time piecing things together for this. It's bc the author chose to have SH and YT deliver their thoughts and words in a cryptic way. Their thoughts kept jumping around and going somewhere else altogether and then you lose sight of the original thought lol. I like to think I can be perceptive and can read between the lines but this one can be challenging at times to get the full picture of their thoughts.
You also have to take into account that their thoughts and feelings evolve over time but they refuse to just SAY it lol. It's annoying yet endearing at the same time.
They're always in denial of their true feelings. But at the end of the day, they love deeply.
I agree with your points. It's definitely frustrating to read the couple not actually saying what they are feeling. But I also did comment that before epilogue. Epilogue does clear lots of things.
It is also pretty difficult for both yuta and seunghyun to understand what they are feeling because of their past traumatic experience. And even more difficult accept after the realization like seunghyun said in the epilogue. I do take back few things. It was not unsatisfactory end. I really liked the ending even though it was just them fucking. I can see how they have grown and have come to accept their feelings for each other. Of course they are going to work a lot for their relationship, a relationship that is not normal at all. I am definitely going to read it again to understand in depth about the characters and story. But I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected. Love their dynamics. ヾ(☆▽☆)
