Ending is when seme and a friend of his organizes a violent gangrape for uke until his internal organs get punctured. He brings him to the hospital, and uke finally remembers what he did. Uke apologises then asks seme to not abandon him. Seme accepts then says "i'll really take care of you this time. Be grateful. Never leave the house." And thats the main story end.
