A lot is going on, I’m not sure what you remember but basically there was a cult that wanted to take down the city, and the leader is the serpent, the guy that’s been kidnapping/trying to kidnap dr.seok this whole time. Anyways he is now master of rainbow city after manipulating a bunch of people into thinking he’s a good guy. Dr.seok and Major Kwak escaped to Russia for a year, developed the true vaccine (because the vaccine made by the garden of Eden was a fake and is made to slow down the virus not stop it). Now they back in rainbow city, tryna spread the vaccine without being caught by literally the entire rainbow city army except some soldiers who are still loyal to Major Kwak
