I think she just figured it out now that Cárcel confessed... Since she reminds just some things from her past lives she could have made some choices because her incoscious told her to make them, but not really because she had that actual memories...

She doesn't know. Those are her current thoughts when she think back to that time. It's like the dream about Luciano. She was mad at Luciano at that time so she didn't see that he was actually worried about her. Now that she's not living that moment, she can see he was worried. I think too many people misreading that dream and hating Luciano. It doesn't help that the manhwa cut out showing prince's guards were there spying on them and that's why he said those words at that time.
in chapter 54, she is just realizing what carcel said. that entire memory was gone, through the nightmare/dream she is able to relive it and remember again
What we've seen from her memories in earlier chapters was just her memories clouded by her trauma and her desperation to survive. In later chapters, we'll see more of her real memories and feelings
