why there's already a rating? the chapters are not even release yet
can someone explain what's the connection of the sage and the second councilor? why the sage is happy in the last part? like he feels deeply enraged toward the second councilor? i forgot but i know that sage is waiting for this moment, i just can't know the reason why.(i forgot or missed the part)
