I read it a long time ago, but i believe its about this high school magaka guy, who saw someone (from his school) who liked and read his manga. And this magaka guy was an innocent pervert kind of guy. He really chased after the protagonist, (and i remember this particular scene where his tongue would be flinging back and forth at her) So one time he accidentally kissed the female protagonist (on the lips of course) and he avoided her after that. It was a happy ending though (I forgot what happened after that).
