He finally leaves his husband after husband SA him and abused him and the guy who his husband was cheating on him with came to talk to him. He tried to leave the country but the doctor found him at the airport and convinced him to stay with him. Doctor takes good care of him and shows him love and is nothing but kind to him. Husband finally finds out about the cancer (from a friend who sees the cancer medicine in the apartment) and flips out. Husband regrets and tries to find him. He refuses to see husband and ends up dying in the doctor's arms. Everyone is sad.
