I’m looking for adult manga (straight or yuri) that feature women with smaller chests. Most of what I come across tends to focus on larger-breasted characters, but I’d like to find some that feature flatter figures since that’s something I relate to more. Please help! ┗( T﹏T )┛

I’m trying to find an older manga I read a few years ago, but I can’t remember the title. The story was about a man with a strong sexual obsession who kidnaps another man and forces him to go through different non-consensual encounters (often involving toys). One scene I recall clearly is when the kidnapped man is made to keep a toy inside him during a car ride. The series had quite a few chapters, and over time the kidnapper starts feeling guilt and doubt about his actions, and eventually they develop romantic feelings for each other.
