Reading the latest chaper again squeezed my heart. I'm so so sooo glad Francois has changed. Im so glad that he sees Lilliana now as a little kid, a kid that he wants to see grow up healthy. And the author did it in a way that didn't look like he is just faking it. And I'm so glad Emilia is written the way she is. "I am a saint. And what I want is your salvation." This line hit me so hard. She's not your typical saint at all. Rather than the gentle, cant-do-no-wrongs type of character, she's stubborn, headstrong, but very very genuine.
