The milk reminds him of his hunger, the cologne is for the bullying that came from being dirty, and the sex keeps his demon father at bay. The three comforts of life he never had: Security, Provision and Freedom, but unfortunately none of this made him a good person, which makes no sense, because he was shown kindness from earlier on. He chose for the bad to define him.
