Thing is there's a ton of factors that help you get scholarships and connections with the faculty teachers help significantly. Yeomin probs has a great rep with the teachers there, and teachers gossip, and maybe recommended him as an outstanding student cause despite having consecutive majors back to back he still delivered top tier results.
