I see many comments about ppl being annoyed about the miscommunication and i’ll have to agree it’s a little annoying but i don’t think it’s that bad, i js see if as another way the characters can grow. Plus, this extends the story so i’m not rlly complaining. If later on the miscommunication continues to happen and be dragged on, then i would be a little more annoyed but as of right now, i’m still enjoying the story
Is this worth the read? I'm contemplating about reading this but I'm not sure
As someone who's just reread this for like the 6th time I'd recommend you read it. There are some disturbing elements in the story (death, domestic violence and rape ((the latter is not sexualised, like in some yaoi)), so if you're uncomfortable with stuff like that, maybe it won't be your cup of tea.
Don’t get me wrong, i know he’s got a lot of past trauma and overall i’m so far liking how their relationship is developing but for a while now there’s always these moments where it feels as though he’s guilt tripping skylar to do something or js being overly possessive. Skylar isn’t stupid, i hope he picks up on it and talks to him about it soon because ik hes js like this because of how much of a shitty childhood hes had so far, and doesn’t really know what a healthy relationship should look like. Even so, ik my bby js wants some action with skylar and icl im being edged for that too but when they make cirrus say these possessive things and the speech bubbles and mood get all dark it makes it appear a little toxic
oh no he definitely is, cirrus is pretty manipulative ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
i think he's used to manipulating ppl to get what he wants because of how much he didn't like his stepmoms, so now he's just using it on everyone else and especially skylar because he wants a lot of love... but ur right, they really need to talk because i'm confused if i should be upset with cirrus or continue to love his character
