It was set in a highschool(Shonen AI), the MC walked into the nurse office but caught two boys kissing, and one of the boys(who turned out to the the "ML") accused him of kissing him/assaulting him. That made the MC close to losing his sports scholarship. The ML is a bully durning pretty much the whole piece, where both of them deal with their feelings differently.
