I love this story but ughhhhhh this chapterrrrrr. I hate this type of plots, where a character just watches some random video on the internet and believe everything they say and then creates needless problems or misunderstandings. I may not be correct, but I think it was because the teacher was working under the Duke's wing and he was a researcher, I think he found out about something and he became a target of the emperor's faction? That was why in a chapter before the Duke went to his old academy and went to the teacher's office which became a mess because the emperor's faction wanted to find the teacher's research? I dont know it's just something I thought of when he mentioned the teacher, Ardea.

Idk if y'all saw it too, but on insta I someone posted one of the raws and yeomin is gonna overhear a convo of the ml where he admits the stuff he did behind his back, and then yeomin gets super pissed off and sulky and I think the ml doesn't let him leave or some shi. ANyway it kinda looked toxic and i dont like the ml anyway BUT THE POINT IS things are about to go downnnnnnnnnnnnnn real soon real bad. Damn I actually didn't think much of it but after reading the comments I'm starting to understand y'all. When you look at it, it does look like the ml isn't very invested in the relationship and can be hiding something (especially since I got a spoiler so I know he is). Could it be he just doesn't like the mc much yet, or he's just bad at expressing himself? Maybe he's so used to faking emotions he has a hard time being genuine.

The spying thing happened in high school. Ml is not doing that anymore, but mc's mom makes it sound like that. She tells mc this before ml could himself. So mc misunderstands and gets upset.

So the vampire's friend from the beginning of the story turned out to be the guy from the same class of taehee, that told him he was the vampire that saved him? Cause I thought he was cool at the beginning, I mean, he didn't give asshole vibes. Or did he just pop up in recent chapters??
