No, they are not family members. The prince is older than Rishar. As this is a korean manhwa, korean male call older male as hyung (brother). That's why Rishar call him brother. Most asian culture will call older people, blood-related or not as aunt/uncle/brother/sister.

I’m pretty sure chapter 3 (the second story that is uploaded) is from the point of view of the pretty boy with longer hair that he called an angel. He’s explaining why his partner, or this guy, is trash. It’s interesting and unique to have this kind of storyline imo. We get to see all of all the reasons he’s breaking up with him in an almost comedic kind of way.
Another possibility is that it’s in third person pov, but everything else would still have the same meaning really. I just think it would add a lil spice to make it first person pov bc of the way the story is told.
I think he should’ve added how he’s a lot older to the list of reasons he’s trash though because he looked like a grown ass adult with a kid in high school.
Everything with Jun was so sad we didn’t get to see him be happy, like at all. I feel bad for him..
