Jesus now I’m glad I dropped it at ch. 20 but I’m disappointed to see from other comments that it doesn’t get good. Like I wanted it to be a captivating story because it had an interesting premise!! There’s so much build up but never on the main couple, it’s annoying for the story to ask us to be invested in their relationship when the authors been giving us NOTHING for 20 whole chapters >:[

I did not have a fun time reading this. But the story got me hooked so I couldn’t look away. Idk how to explain it.. just.. fuck these characters bruh. They constantly feel like shit and they make me feel like shit. I think what’s annoying about it is that the MC’s problems are realistic: the feeling of pressure, anxiety, and desire for escapism. AND THEN YOU GOT FUCKING NEPOBABY OVER HERE. I made it to the end and now I just feel empty. I’m letting this marinate I can’t go through this again, not without a proper ending
I’m on team Ian, I love characters like him! They’re an expert in their field and they know it, so they’re not shy to flaunt their skills. If you wanna you get close to them you better match their wavelength. ofc some bs like “you’re not marketable anymore” would be the only thing taking him down because no one values their effort. Theo talking about things he barely understands, that’s not how you’re gonna get close to Ian boy.
