I almost dropped this after that wonky first chapter, but I’m so glad I didn’t. This story is just nonsense in the best way possible. Very enjoyable.

It took me a while to get through this one—for no one reason in particular, I just kept putting it down without loosing the tab and then picking it back up again later when I remembered it. The very slow pacing was fascinating at times, sometimes confusing, sometimes it worked in its favour, but other times it was a bit of a drag.
I’m glad to have stuck with it though. It’s one hell of a story, with some really good entwining stories. The artstyle really went with the vibe of the work, but I do have to admit that I’m not a fan of it personally—with the exception of their eyes that really draw you in.
Tei kinda looks like he’s been skipping arm-day in some panels, but damn does he never skip a chest-day.
The chibi version is cute and all, but it’s starting to feel a little uncomfortable with how it’s used in some panels…
Well, admittedly, I don’t like this work much in the first place, more just the concept of it. But I’m still entertained by it, so continue to read I shall.
I say this while fully understanding that it’s used for emphasis to show how the protagonist is insecure about seeming immature. All I’m saying is that you don’t want to be caught reading this while he’s in that form, lol

After reading this again a couple years later, I’m surprised to find how boring this work actually was. It almost felt like it was too lighthearted for its own good.
