You must have been born yesterday, themes like these have always existed in BL. The very foundation of yaoi lies within stories that contained themes of rape, non-con/dub-con. Not saying that is right, but it's actually something that's expected in this genre. In any case there are people who has fetishes that won't always align with what you deem as morally right, what matters is that they can make a clear distinction of what's fiction and not. If you can't stomach these themes, you are well within your right to dislike them. It's another thing to be openly hostile to other people for their harmless kinks. As a general rule, kink shaming is not cool especially in adult spaces like this.
