In the novel the sex scenes are not detailed, they seem all consensual as far as I remember. One might be a bit angry. There is no third person either. Ml is obsessed more in a way “you can kill everyone I know but I will still love you”. I would call them green flags but….mc and ml both address themselves as monsters who end up together.
