They still won't learn how to communicate nicely with each other in the future, but yeah, they do end up on good terms after becoming a couple. If you read this hoping that there will healthy relationship between them in the future then it will be better for you to drop it!
The dirty talk makes up literally 90% of the entire novel. Not once do they talk sweetly as a couple or communicate mundanely, despite living under the same roof.
Yohan is crazy, and his sexual urge is violent. There is no aftercare after their rough sex; it just leads into another round of dirty talk. He speaks as if Jun is his personal sex toy. He does love him, but because he's so horny and rough, his way of talking is really objectifying... At least he's loyal and obsessed with Jun, lol.
The side stories are basically -
90%: Sex, Jun admiring Yohan's beauty, Jun complaining while still being a simp, and dirty talk.
10%: Being jealous of each other.
They are that toxic couple who always bicker but can't live without one another. They are crazy for each other (the "I'll kill you, the cheater and then myself if you cheat" type of crazy) and don't really socialize with others on a meaningful level of relationship (because they find anyone other than themselves irrelevant and meaningless).
To top it off, they only go on an official date one time in the entire novel.
After reading the novel, I REALLY hated both of them because they pissed me off.
Im just glad that they will finally have some sex as adults i hope cuz the sexual tension is TOO much strong to just be a shounen a. And I know yohan is crazy both of them completely jerks thats for sure but still if they could just speak their real thoughts and feelings ugh at least they are both pretty

Until the end, somehow, there was no real apology from Yohan. I think based on the current chapter I read in the novel, I mean, he did change, but he never talked about this period of time and apologized for it specifically. He only said he thought the uke was trying to humiliate him and just trying to take advantage, but then the uke said, "I actually already love you, why do you think I did that during the family dinner?" Then they kiss... just like that, lol. I mean, is that even an apology??? He never mentioned how Jun was hurting during that period of his bullying, he never questioned Jun's stitched sole, and he didn't even say, "Sorry for that." NO. He was just making excuses, and Jun, being a simp, got swayed just because Yohan said he's his god.
Even after they became a couple, I still didn't like it.
