Twink killed a cat with his own will. You can't justify that. He did it willingly and didn't care. Also he hacked those robots in the past if I remember right. He's self-centered and his whole personality is ugh.
Tall dude is a hypocrite. I don't hate him but I dislike him. I don't think he'll have character development but I hope he'll apologize to major Deungun at the end of the story.
