People in the comments be like "if I was in that situation I would rather die"but for me I would rather gain the trust of my kidnapper/abuser and then when they trusts me enough I would escape and go as far away from the place that I was being held captive, change my name,not get in contact with my family cuz that's putting them at risk of being harmed, and try to start a new life

Its crazy how much abuse victims suffer. You have to change your whole life just to escape one person, especially of they're obsessive.
