That it should be banned because it is violating not just human rights. But the basic identification of being a human is stripped away from you.
I get to chapter 16 and i HATEEEEEE this trope with a burning passion that in chinese, japanese and korean webcomics that darker skin tonned people are treated as and are given the race of demons, or classed as barbaric and if the ml is tanned, its because hes been corrupted by some dark power, then when hes purified, hes white as a ghost. Yo? When in relation to this manwha and this trope.
She goes to a slave market to buy the second pronce of a southern reigon empire because idk his fuckass cousin or whatever relative wanted to kill him to use him as a stepping stone for starting wars. The FL bids 400 million, and the relative bids 500 million. The FL and i kid you not, presses this dude about the fact that hes getting worked up about not being able to buy the prince despite him throwing more coin to get him. And then accuses said relative that hes of the same race as the 2nd prince (just say u broke). To which.... i cant exaggerate enough, the vendor asks the relative to remove his glove to confirm he isnt of the same race of the 2nd prince. Welp, mary sue FL ofc exposes him and then what happens?
Idk??? Would he
A) be arrested for agression
B) Say the classic lines of "you'll regret this" and look for another slave to buy and still be treated as a paying customer with human rights.
Or FUCKING C
C) Gets captured and the owner of the slave trade or whatever quote on quote says "thank you for bringing in two more merchendise" captures the two and turns them into slaves.

the rules of this world, non-existent. The Mc's previous life, never mentioned, or idk they even skipped the fact that its a magical world with abilities. now halfway we learn through ch 1 that she has magical abilities.
genuinely i have never been so lost before on ch1, not even ch4 that people were saying completely lost the plot. let me be frank, there is no plot. and if you can understand a lick of what's happening withing ch1. i beg of you. start deciphering ancient languages. you'll make hella money than wasting your time on this.

to put in for refference, she wakes up in another world (skipped over how she lived in a new body and reacted to waking up in said world, its just gone and not mentioned), then decides to break off her engagement with her fiance. (skipped over his treatment towards her), she then goes to her parents who were oddly supportive of her, and she managed to negotiate a diamond mine somehow???? we don't see this she just says she won a diamond mine without any struggle for downry. then a two year time skip happens (what for??). she comes back and her ex fiance is telling her he loves her and that he broke up with the og FL. she then says no. she doesn't love him and that she has someone else. I'm sorry, who what when and why????? A Completely random ahh dude with white hair shows up and goes "hmph"??? and he looks to have royal attire. her brother or relative who is destined to kill the FL shows up in tow with another woman (based on how ridiculous this shi is i'm guessing its the og FL). we then get a random fllashback to when apparently the so called white haired prince was actually being mistreated in a circus to which the FL saves him with her magic (we had never even known there was magic in this shi).
This is all in half of ch1.
