This story got erased from my reading list. So basically it's about a male agent/police sent to infiltrate an organization/drug company. He tried to find his sister who got into the same company before him, if I'm not mistaken his sister was a journalist tried to expose illegal drugs activity. They took him to an isolated island where he befriended a doctor who help him met his sister there. I vaguely remember the seme called "A", had blond hair and red eyes (?). Maybe any of you can help me find this manhwa?

So I lost a manhwa when mangago deleted my reading list. Seme and uke were schoolmates. Seme confessed to uke then got rejected because uke got inferiority complex (he came from poor environment). Time skip. Now seme already moved out from his house and dropped out from college because he confessed to parents about his sexuality (seme used to be rich). Uke now worked for rich woman (like a pet i guess?). They met again one day. This and that happened, seme kinda confessed for second time and got rejected again. So seme got back to his family, went into college to become a doctor just like his father. And uke got a hard slap from reality. He went to chase the seme. They got together in the end. I remember author end the comic abruptly because of health problem. Maybe you can help me find it. Sorry for bad english, not my first language. Thank youu
