Now that was really cute. I read this when it came out without an english translation, and i think that they added those panels of them eating together at the restaurant afterwards... (or at least it wasnt in the raws i had) which really makes the whole thing more upbeat. The initial reaction was that people HATED kyouji patting him on the back and, its so embarrassing of him, yeah! Its heartwrenching, but also soooo him. I can't imagine him acting in any other way. People misread this story and think its all bittersweet and angst, but honestly if you don't see the humor in things like "gimme a proper hug at least" i dont know what to tell you. And, ive decided that in my heart they have lots of sex and to outright show it might spoil the fun. The subtext is the sex.
