It was a manhwa i think,the male lead is going on a field trip with his classmates and all of a sudden the bus crashes while the male lead is on a call with his mom. It was a yaoi manga(i dont know of its a oneshot) where they had this sickness that almost half of the population gets.The sickness is omethimg like when you like someone,you cough out roses and when you confess to your crush the sickness will just disappear. The uke's sister caught it and was almost hospitalized so she had to confess before it ruined her life.The uke liked the seme and he was hiding the fact that he also had the sickness that his sister had.But it was more severe since it was a full on rose and not petals like what others that had it coughed out.The uke hided it from the seme till the seme goes to the uke's house and discovers the plastic bags full of roses in the uke's room,I remember them fighting and the uke suddenly collapses and he was taken to the hospital.I think weeks or days later the seme visits the uke with a suit i think and confesses to him and they became lovers.Im not sure if i read it here or in mrm.
