Hi guys... so I did some research and the author, Tagura Tohru, did NOT confirm that they were off their hiatus on Twitter (@TaguraTohru). Their Twitter has been wiped of basically everything after Twitter's new Terms of Service in 2024.
Additionally, Koimonogatari is NOT expected to release a new chapter in the Rutile May 2026 magazine anymore. While it was included in the lineup earlier, it is no longer included anymore. So no chapter 27 anytime soon folks :(
