This one has a special place in my heart. Read it a long time ago and reread it now. They're so lowkey freaked for each other. Kurose is a soft bully and Shirotani is all for it (and more). Always recommend this one.
I just wish there was some scenes about the brothers making up somehow... I feel bad for them.
The entire story is garbage from start to finish.
The mc doesn't feel like a well established boss nor does he really seem to stick to his own morals or standings. He seems like some cheap unserious floozy from the start. The whole thing feels like poor writing. I skimmed a great portion of this one, skipped the specials bc the characters disgust me as a whole. I did not care to see anything even remotely sweet between them bc it was built up on rape and drugs and there was not a single thread of decency at any point. I'm disgusted with this series, and that takes a lot for me to feel that way, tbh. Not a SINGLE good note about this series story-wise behind it's well done artwork.

The plot was straight forward/predictable/simple. The men act a bit high school for their grown age and occupations. For a werewolf story, there's a SEVERE lack thereof. For a government facility, a lot of shit was not locked down or secured or kept well track of to the point it was a bit distracting for me tbh. It's cute for what it is but it lacks depth. It also feels like it lacks proper build up or even sincerity in the main couple.
Yall are so pressed that they were step siblings. Who met at like 16 yrs old. And lived together for *three years*. Such an insignificant amount of time overall when they knew each other for 15+ yrs by the end of it outside of the parental marriage, and they never actually considered one another brothers regardless. WHAT incest lmaooo
