I got the impression that Sasaki is much older than Ikeda rather than opposite, like Sasaki purposely got close to him because Ikeda was young & naive. There is something suspicious about the way Rio changed the topic too, like he either doesn't want Ikeda to know more about his older brother or his older bro brings up bad memories & Rio doesn't want to talk about him anymore. There could be a possibility that Rio became a host because his older bro fucked up something.
